Hi, I’m Lindsay

Over the last decade, I have established mission-driven individual development programs and delivered valuable learning experiences through 1:1 coaching sessions, workshops, and facilitation. I’ve worked with individual contributors, managers, and teams in a variety of companies from startups to large corporations.

Prior to starting my own coaching practice, I served as the Director of Member Operations at Etsy. As the leader of a 90-person global organization, I managed a crew of senior managers during a time of rapid change. I know how complicated it can be to build lean, productive, and happy teams — it means fostering a culture of continuous feedback at all levels, installing clear goals and expectations, and holding people accountable. I found coaching to be the most useful tool in approaching problems with curiosity and creating honest dialogue, regardless of an individual’s role or background.

As a professional coach, I partner with individuals and teams to generate purposeful change in their lives and organizations. I help people simplify challenging situations, brainstorm action plans, and move forward with intention and grace.

I support new managers, seasoned leaders, parents, and individuals confronting important questions or challenges. As a leader, educator, and parent, I’ve been in high-stress environments with limited time and a lot of responsibility. Through coaching, I help folks slow down and find focus and relief by offering unbiased guidance and unwavering support.

The foundation of my career is rooted in education, and I have gained expertise in teaching to different learning styles. Whether it be in front of a large group, or in a 1:1 conversation, I aim to provide a safe, inclusive space for growth and learning. It’s my passion and honor to support others in their personal growth. Here some common coaching topics that I love partnering with clients on:

  • Communication effectively tailoring messaging upward and downward, improving 1:1s
