Coaching Sessions
People come to coaching for a variety of reasons, motivated to build new skills, achieve specific goals, and increase quality of life. I partner with clients to explore new perspectives and possibilities through the use of coaching techniques. Coaching sessions are 1:1 conversations, generally 45-60 min long. Most often clients choose phone or video (ie. Zoom, Hangouts) sessions, but I’m happy to meet in person, depending on location. I specialize in the following areas:

Transitions (starting a family, changing jobs, moving) can bring excitement, joy, doubt, fear, and discomfort. These emotions can feel overwhelming and exhausting. I’ll partner with you to get out of the fog, identify priorities, and refine your intention.

Find tools for staying on course when action has plateaued. The day-to-day routine can feel all consuming and sometimes self care takes a back seat. I’ll collaborate with you in discovering what’s really important about how you live and who you are becoming.
